TEHRAN (Web Desk) Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has condoled with Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani over the assassination of General Qasim Sulaimani and announced that he will visit Iran in the near future. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani telephoned Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, according to foreign media And informed about the killings of General Qasim Sulaimani. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, while talking to his Iranian counterpart, expressed regret over the assassination of General Qasim Sulaimani and said that the participation of a large number of people at the funeral in Baghdad could estimate the popularity of General Sulaimani. Stressing on regional security and stability, he said that due to external interference and regional conflicts did not bring peace and stability to the region, we should not allow the threat posed by the region’s security forces. The Turkish President expressed his confidence that Iran will deal with the current problem with insights, he told his Iranian counterpart that he would visit Iran in the near future with bilateral and regional issues under consideration.
